As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your skills, energy, and positive attitude to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for providing customer service for our internal and external customers, assisting with orders, account questions, billing, order entry, shipment tracking and order cancellations.  

Job functions:

·      Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the CRM/mainframe systems

·      Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests

·      Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures

·      Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns and emails

·      Provides A+ Customer Service to all WPS customer service calls

Skills needed:

·      Excellent phone skills. Speaks clearly, slowly and is a good listener

·      Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

·      Ability to work quickly with thoroughness and efficiency

·      Ability to multi task and prioritize effectively

·      Ability to adapt and respond to a the unique needs of different customers

·      Bilingual a plus

Required Education and Experience

·       3 - 5+ years of Customer Service phone experience

·      Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines

Position type and expected hours of work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Sales Assistant, part of the WPS Sales team, provide support to field Assessment Consultants and the Director of Sales in activities to increase profitable revenue. They should be detail-oriented, and have the ability work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the entire sales team with administrative duties.

Position Responsibilities:

·      Assist the Sales Support Representatives with expense coding

·      Collating convention and presentation materials requested by the Assessment Consultants

·      Inventory control for samples requested by the sales team

·      Sample form requests and follow ups

·      Collating convention leads and sending follow up emails

·      Organizing leads from marketing emails

·      Collaborating with marketing on email campaigns

·      Note taking at team meetings

·      Researching State organization advertising opportunities

·      Research on Assessment Consultant territories at their request

·      Assisting the Sales Support Representative with convention research and organization

·      Inputting orders and quote requests as requested by Sales Support Representatives

·      Other administrative duties as required

The Sales Assistant will possess:

·      Excellent organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.

·      Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.

·      A positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

·      1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative role

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology highly desirable

·      Thorough and accurate communication

·      Proficient with Microsoft, including Excel

·      Experience in a customer focused environment

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Microsoft CRM is a plus
