What is your role and function at WPS?
Project Director. My typical workday varies quite a bit. Although I spend most of my time developing assessment instruments, I also assist Customer Service when callers have detailed questions about our products, run the R&D side of our technology initiative, and provide a weekly meditation session to the WPS team.
What issues or needs are you an advocate for inside the company?
I have a strong interest in the future of telehealth (the delivery of health-related services via telecommunication), particularly the legal, ethical, and practical aspects of online assessment products.

Lots of letters after my name.
