Shipping and Handling Charges:
United States: A 10% shipping and handling fee applies to all standard ground shipments within the U.S., with a minimum charge of $5.00.
Canada: Shipments to Canada incur a 20% shipping and handling fee, with a minimum charge of $20.00.
Puerto Rico: Shipments to Puerto Rico are subject to a 15% shipping and handling fee, with a minimum charge of $15.00.
Other International Destinations: Most international shipments (outside the U.S. and Canada) are charged a 25% shipping and handling fee, with a minimum charge of $25.00. Some locations may require shipping fees higher than 25%.
These charges include both shipping and handling and are not directly tied to actual freight, shipping, or postage costs. Charges are based on the overall cost to process and deliver your order. Orders that require expedited shipping or special handling will be charged accordingly. Shipping rates for ADOS-2 Kits may exceed the standard percentages; for a quote, please contact us at customerservice@wpspublish.com or call 844.378.4918. NOTE: Most CDs ship free within the United States (look for the “Free U.S. Shipping” label in the scoring software product description).
International Shipping: Please note that all international orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. This means that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment arrives in your country.
Customs authorities may apply these charges to both physical products and service-related items upon entry, and they are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery. The carrier, acting as the customs broker, may also charge additional processing fees that are the buyer’s responsibility. WPS does not assign, control, or collect any customs-related charges.
International shipments that are refused, returned, or forfeited due to unpaid duties or taxes, or due to failure to provide required information to UPS, are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
After your order is fulfilled, please review the shipping confirmation email for tracking details, and take any required action promptly to avoid delivery delays.
