Can I use my WPS website login information to log into the WPS Online Evaluation System?

No. The WPS website (www.wpspublish.com) and the WPS Online Evaluation System (platform.wpspublish.com) are separate websites that track separate account information. Even if you are registered on the WPS website, you will need to create an account at platform.wpspublish.com in order to utilize the system.

Where do I find the User's Guide on my CD?

On the menu bar at the top of the screen, go to "Help" and then select "Contents." Alternatively, you can find the User's Guide on your program CD. For programs requiring Windows, the User's Guide file is GUIDE.DOC. For programs requiring DOS, the User's Guide file is WPS.DOC.

Can I use my WPS TEST REPORT CD on more than one computer?

Using the CD you can install the program on as many computers as you would like, but you will only be able to score a test on a computer with the WPS USB Key (included with the purchase of your CD). Which Microsoft Windows versions are compatible with WPS software programs?

Most software programs produced by WPS are compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 (32- and 64-bit versions). The only exception is the Halstead Russell Neuropsychological Evaluation System, Revised (HRNES-R), which is compatible with Windows 7 and 8 32-bit, but not 64-bit.
