However, in consideration of relieving costs for research or educational purposes, WPS does offer a few discount programs applicable for the purchase of formally published proprietary WPS materials. Yes. Whether you're including tables, figures, or excerpts in a thesis, article, or grant submission, you must request permission to reproduce this material and receive a formal license from WPS Rights & Permissions. This applies even for nonprofit or academic use.
No. Even if the WPS assessment form content is found online, the copyright and intellectual property rights to the material are held by WPS. Thus, any unauthorized, unlicensed, and/or unpermitted reproduction is an infringement of WPS's intellectual property rights.
No. Purchasing paper forms does not grant the right to reproduce WPS copyrighted materials in an online survey format. Such adaptations require a separate agreement and may be subject to license fees. All requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
