Do I need permission to reproduce WPS materials in a publication or grant?

Yes. Whether you're including tables, figures, or excerpts in a thesis, article, or grant submission, you must request permission to reproduce this material and receive a formal license from WPS Rights & Permissions. This applies even for nonprofit or academic use.

If I find the full form or questions online, can I download them and distribute them or use them in my online survey for free?

No. Even if the WPS assessment form content is found online, the copyright and intellectual property rights to the material are held by WPS. Thus, any unauthorized, unlicensed, and/or unpermitted reproduction is an infringement of WPS's intellectual property rights.

Do I have permission to reproduce WPS forms into an online survey if I have purchased the amount I need in paper forms?

No. Purchasing paper forms does not grant the right to reproduce WPS copyrighted materials in an online survey format. Such adaptations require a separate agreement and may be subject to license fees. All requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Does WPS Rights & Permissions accommodate accessibility when disability or impairment prevent access to WPS materials?

Yes. Our office aims to accommodate as best as we can in these cases. A direct request can be made to our office at rights@wpspublish.com.
